The New Seven Wonders of the World.
This is an awesome site; I wonder if this is something that will go down in history as a legitimate "Seven Wonders" thing, or if it's just a gimick to keep people interested....
Some of them are really stupid, like the Statue of Liberty and the Sydney Opera House.... But some really deserve recgnition, like the Great Wall of China, the Taj Mahal and... Macchu Picchu.
Yes, my friends, Macchu Picchu of Peru is in the running for one of the 7 wonders! Not only that, but Peru is currently in second to China (mainland) for most beautiful country.
So go to the site and VOTE FOR PERU! And VOTE FOR MACCHU PICCHU!
Since voting for real doesn't work, vote for history.

A new mystery fossil: Better pics than these Boring close-ups.
Other than that, this weekend I saw a hawk, a muskrat, a box turtle, a squirrel nest, and a whole dang lot of coots.
Also, they played U2's "With or Without You" on Denny Hall's loudspeaker for most of campus to hear. It was sweeet.
